Do not join a team who only gets with each other on tournament weekends. AAU basketball will be a horrible experience in lots of different ways if you end up in a bad program. If you can discover the right program, AAU basketball can be an excellent growth opportunity and also a gratifying experience. I have no worry with trainers being difficult on their players as well as holding them responsible, but it appears some instructors will certainly yell with little function to make their gamers much better.
